COACHING INSPIRATIONS

 Thank you Aurora

It is Thanksgiving and there is so very much
to be grateful for.

But let's go deeper. Are you willing to be
grateful for all the people and things you
take for granted?

Let's go even deeper. Are you willing to be
grateful for all those things that bring
you pain?

That death of a loved one ... what did it
teach you? How did you grow in wisdom and
compassion? Are you willing to be grateful
for the gifts you received from grief?

That divorce ... what did it teach you?
How did it help you evolve? How did it carve
your being into something even more extraordinary,
like the ocean carves the cliffs in Santa Barbara?
Are you willing to be grateful for the gifts you
received from heartbreak?

That financial loss ... what did it teach you?
Are your values still the same as before?
Or are you even more acutely aware that what
really matters in life is love? That loving
people - not money - is our true treasure?
Are you willing to be grateful for the gifts
you received from loss?

This Thanksgiving, I invite you to go deeper
with your gratitude.

Receive ALL the gifts that have been so lovingly
prepared for you. Gifts crafted to carve
your soul exquisitely, just as Michelangelo
lovingly chiseled a hunk of featureless marble
to reveal the awe-inspiring statue of David.

Sometimes it hurts when the Master Sculptor
chips another piece away. It hurts. I know.

But don't miss the gifts! Don't be blinded by
your tears! Step back, step back ... behold!

YOU are that statue of David - or Venus
de Milo.

Breathtaking.

What you see revealed is the translucent soul
of a Spiritual Master.

We are all Spiritual Masters when we are willing
to be grateful ... no matter what.

Sending you my love and gratitude,

An Amazing Article for Coaching Business Owners.

~THANK YOU  Babinna~

Hello,

I like combining different flavors of food
in an effort to create new recipes. This past
weekend was no exception. I wanted to create
a new couscous salad recipe. I combined
couscous, sauteed zucchini, feta cheese, onions,
lots of dill and parsley and an oregano
dressing. Lo and behold, it turned out great
and could serve as a side dish or even a lunch
dish on its own.

One thing that I wasn't trying to do when
creating the couscous salad was waiting for
my ideas to be perfect. I wasn't trying to
find the perfect list of ingredients. I
wasn't waiting until I could put together
the perfect recipe. I wanted to make a new
couscous salad, and I did just that once I
decided which ingredients to use.

Here is a mistake I see many heart-based
service professionals make. They spend a
lot of time trying to get everything just
so before launching their newsletter. They
want to create the perfect gift. They want
to find the perfect service for their
newsletter. They want to find a perfect
format for their gift. The list goes on.
Stop striving for perfection, when good is
enough. It is much better to create something
good and start using it. You can always refine
it later in the process. The alternative is
to wait until you create something perfect
(which will never happen).

Today's article is all about stopping to wait
for perfection, and taking action instead.
Scroll down to read it and start applying
it to your business!

I wanted to say "Hi" and welcome to all of
our new members! You have joined a fabulous
community of heart-based service professionals
who are looking to grow their business
effectively and authentically!

Is Your Goal To Do What You Love While Getting Paid For It?
----------------------------------------------

Then you must grow your list! When you start
inviting people to your list on a regular basis
this will happen:

- You will get as many clients as you need,
doing what you love.

- You will not be overwhelmed by marketing any
longer. You will know what to do and how to get
clients.

- You will create a much better work/life balance,
because you will not have to market your business
20 hours a day every day!

- The products that you have created will suddenly
start selling.

Still Waiting For Perfection?
----------------------------------------------

I have met service professionals who took a year
or more to launch their newsletter. First, they
spent months agonizing over whether they need to
start a newsletter in the first place. Then,
they did research to make sure everything would
be perfect. Then, they started thinking about
which newsletter service provider to use. Then
they did more research to make sure they find
the absolute best provider. Then they started
thinking about creating a page on their web
site about the newsletter. Then they did some
more research to build the perfect layout for
their web page....

They were waiting to make sure that everything
would be perfect before starting their newsletter.
As a result, after months of trying to make
everything perfect and agonizing over whether
they make the perfect decisions or not, they
still haven't started their newsletter.

In the meantime, those service professionals who
picked a good newsletter service provider,
created a good gift and started giving it away
in exchange for subscription to their newsletter
have been inviting people to their lists and
building their client base for months.

If you wait for everything to be perfect, you
will never take action. Instead, make sure that
you make good decisions on what you need and
move on to taking action.

If you are starting your newsletter here is
what you need to decide on:

- Your Gift To Your Newsletter Subscribers.
Find a good topic for your gift and create it.
A good topic is something that your potential
clients really want to know - an answer to one
of the questions that they have, a solution to
a problem that is bothering them.

- Create A Page To Give Away The Gift To Your
New Subscribers. This page is called a squeeze
page, and its only goal is to convince the
people you send to that page to register for
your gift and join your list.

- Set up Your Autoresponder To Send Your Gift
To Your New Subscribers. This is how you will
deliver the gift to those who sign up.

Don't try to make everything perfect before you
get started. If three months later you find out
that you want to make changes to your
autoresponder or giveaway page, you will be able
to do that. Right now your goal is to stop
waiting for perfection and start building your
list.

Get started now, so that six months down the road
you actually have built a client base, instead of
still waiting for everything to be perfect. Want
to get started with building your list even
faster? Learn exactly what kind of gift to create,
how to create a squeeze page (I give you one to
model!) and much more in the Build Your List Home
